A YouTube follower asked me, "Do you have any advice on developing a less monotone voice?"
It's hard to answer that without getting to hear someone and to work with them... Monotone voices are sometimes quiet and unexpressive, but they're also sometimes twangy, nasal, and loud as hell! That's a pretty wide range of what may be happening, but here's my attempt to answer that question:
